How do I order a custom championship belt?

Once you place your order, our design team creates a digital mockup of your belt within 24 hours. You approve the design, then we begin production. Your belt ships free to the USA after production.

Can I send my own logo or design for the belt?

Absolutely. You can upload your own logo, artwork, or design files directly on the product page or through our contact form. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG files. High-resolution files (minimum 300dpi) produce the best engraving results, though our design team can work with most image formats and will optimize your artwork before production begins.

What file formats do you accept for logo uploads?

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and SVG files. For best engraving quality, please upload high-resolution images (300dpi or higher) with a transparent or white background where possible. If you only have a low-resolution logo, contact us — our design team can redraw it at no extra charge.

Can I approve the design before production starts?

Yes — always. We never begin manufacturing until you have reviewed and approved a full digital mockup of your championship belt. This mockup shows the exact layout, text placement, logo position, and engraving style. You can request revisions to the proof at no extra charge. Only once you confirm the design is exactly right do we start production.

How many lines of custom text can I add to my belt?

The number of text lines depends on the belt design and plate size, but most designs accommodate 2–4 lines of text on the main plate and additional text on the side plates. Our designers will optimize the layout to ensure all your text is readable and professionally positioned. If you're unsure, simply describe what you want in the customization notes and our team will advise you.

Can you make a replica of a specific WWE, AEW, or boxing championship belt?

We specialize in WWE-style and boxing-style championship belts with custom engravings — meaning we can create a belt inspired by the aesthetic of professional championship titles. However, we do not reproduce exact replicas of officially licensed championship belts. We create original custom designs in the same style and weight class. If you have a specific style in mind, share a reference image and our team will create something inspired by it.

What is the minimum order quantity?

What metal thickness options do you offer?

We offer three tiers of plate quality to suit every purpose and budget. 2mm brass/zinc plates are ideal for display awards, gifts, and fantasy league trophies — lightweight and beautifully finished. 4mm brass/zinc plates are our most popular choice for professional presentations, wrestling events, and boxing awards — substantial weight, excellent depth of engraving. 6mm CNC HD engraved plates are our premium tier — maximum weight, museum-quality deep-relief engraving, capable of reproducing portraits, intricate logos, and fine detail at the highest level. What is the belt strap made from?

Every championship belt from Champion Belts uses a genuine leather strap — real leather, not synthetic or PU leather. The strap is durable, comfortable to wear, and adjustable to fit a range of sizes. Leather color options include black, brown, and red as standard, with custom colors available on request. The strap is cut and finished specifically for the belt you ordered.

How detailed can the engraving be? Can you engrave a face or portrait?

Our 4mm and 6mm CNC HD engraved plates can reproduce highly detailed artwork, including portraits, faces, complex logos, and fine-line designs. The higher the plate thickness, the greater the depth and detail achievable in the engraving. For portrait engraving, we recommend uploading a clear, high-contrast reference image. Our design team will advise you on what's achievable and show you in the digital proof before production begins.

Are your belts the same quality as TV professional wrestling belts?

Our championship belts are crafted using the same fundamental techniques — CNC engraved metal plates, genuine leather straps, and custom-designed artwork — used in professional championship belt manufacturing. Our 6mm CNC HD engraved belts in particular deliver the kind of weight and presence you'd expect from a main-event title. While we can't claim they are the exact belts used on TV (which are often bespoke proprietary items), we can confidently say our belts exceed the quality of most commercial replica and display belts on the market.

How heavy is a custom championship belt?

Weight varies by plate thickness and belt size. As a general guide: 2mm plate belts typically weigh 0.8–1.2kg (1.8–2.6 lbs). 4mm plate belts typically weigh 1.5–2.2kg (3.3–4.8 lbs). 6mm plate belts can weigh 2.5–3.5kg (5.5–7.7 lbs) — the heavyweight, commanding presence of a real championship title. How long does it take to make and deliver my belt?

After you approve your design proof, standard production takes approximately 10–15 business days. Shipping to the USA typically takes an additional 5–10 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is 3–5 weeks. If you need a belt for a specific date, contact us with your deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate — expedited production options may be available.

Do you ship to the USA? Is shipping free?

Yes — we ship to all 50 US states and shipping is completely free on every order. There are no hidden fees, no minimum order requirements for free shipping, and no surcharges for remote locations. Every US order ships with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to door.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply in your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your belt is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time. We also keep you updated throughout the production process, so you'll know when your proof has been prepared, when your design is approved, and when your belt ships.

What happens if my belt arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your belt arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if the damage is a result of manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will remake and reship your belt at no charge to you. We stand behind every belt we make.

Returns & Guarantees

Can I return or exchange my custom belt?

Because every belt is made exclusively to your approved specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — your belt was literally made for you and no one else. However, if your belt arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design due to an error on our part, we will remake it at absolutely no charge. This is our 14-day defect guarantee. Your satisfaction is our commitment.

What if I made a mistake in my customization details?

This is why we always send a design proof before production begins. If you notice an error in your details before approving the proof, simply let us know and we'll correct it at no charge. If a mistake is noticed after you've approved the proof and production has begun, additional charges may apply to restart the production process. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

Do you offer a warranty?

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payments in USD (US Dollar), GBP (British Pound), EUR (Euro), CAD (Canadian Dollar), and AUD (Australian Dollar). Prices are displayed in your selected currency automatically. USD is the default currency for US customers.

The price difference reflects the additional raw material, machine time, and skilled labor involved in producing thicker, more detailed plates.
